I've worked as a staff photographer at The Muskegon Chronicle since graduating from Michigan State University with a journalism degree in 2000. Growing up in Grand Haven, I wanted to be a part of the Chronicle's strong tradition in photojournalism. Our staff has received numerous photojournalism awards from the Michigan Press Photographers Association, Associated Press and the Michigan Press Association. I feel lucky to be a part of the Chronicle family covering the Muskegon community.
My wife, Jennifer Morse, also has a background in photojournalism. She owns a photography business, Jennifer Morse Photography, which I am a part of. We inspire each other and love raising our children in West Michigan.
